Employee health is a key factor in the success of any company. A special invitation confirmed that we at ritter & bader are on the right track in this regard. Our executive team recently attended an informational evening hosted by IKK classic featuring Dr. Heinz-Wilhelm Esser—known as “Doc Esser.”

The popular WDR medical expert captivated the audience with his presentation on workplace health and made it clear: health promotion should be enjoyable.

Our Managing Director, Angela Ritter, shared practical insights on how we’ve worked with IKK to expand our workplace health management program step by step. Her conclusion is : “What matters most is leadership by example, low barriers to entry, and an open corporate culture. “Health cannot be mandated; it is created together.” Since then, we’ve not only seen fewer absences due to illness, but the work environment has also improved.

The positive momentum from the evening encourages us to continue investing in sustainable health promotion in the future.
