Side cooler

The side coolers from ritter & bader are characterized by their space-saving design. Side coolers can be used extremely universally and the type of cooling is very diverse. For example, recooling units can be realized with the media air, water, glycols or oils, whereby the transfer points can also be defined according to customer specifications. The cooling technology is mainly accommodated in a secure housing, which also allows these coolers to be set up in different locations and used universally.

Ritter & Bader side coolers are also built to customer specifications and can cover specific areas of application.

The different sizes of the side coolers make it possible to cover large output ranges and combine different cooling technologies in one compact housing. For example, several separately controllable cooling circuits can meet different requirements and therefore work very economically.

Our side coolers are designed for industrial use. Side coolers are installed outside the machine to be cooled and connected to the machine to be cooled via pipes or hoses. They are used to recool liquid media such as water, water-glycol mixtures, emulsions and oils at different temperature levels. Combinations of the media to be cooled in one compact device are also possible.

These liquid coolers are differentiated by the type of cooling. Side coolers are usually cooled by air as freecoolers for outdoor installation or can be used very economically for heating the air indoors. Active cooling by means of a refrigeration circuit allows the temperature level of the liquid to be set correspondingly low and still offers the possibility of recovering the heat from the condenser in an energy-efficient manner. Special solutions such as water-cooled condensers are available on request.
The side coolers from ritter & bader are used for cooling machine tools, switch cabinets, charging stations and oil circuits, among other things, and cover a wide performance range. Separately controllable cooling circuits enable a wide range of applications.
