Applications

A major advantage for ritter & bader is the fact that we are able to program controllers freely and can therefore implement unusual control requirements.

We also have the ability to implement customer-specific requirements. This concerns housing and sheet metal constructions on the one hand and the design and construction of heat exchangers on the other. Our connections to manufacturers of heat exchangers enable us to create special designs of all kinds.

Built-in cooler

Built-in coolers from ritter & bader are usually designed to customer specifications. The cooling technology and interfaces are matched to the process to be cooled. Precisely defined outputs and exact adaptation to the customer-specific machine offer great potential for optimization. The integrated installation solution offers the customer great potential for savings in terms of space and operating costs. There are no limits to the design.

This means that different cooling concepts can be implemented or combined with each other in built-in coolers from ritter & bader.
From active cooling technologies with cooling circuits of different designs to passive cooling technologies such as air cooling, freecooling or cold water cooling can be realized. Built-in coolers from ritter & bader are tailored to the application of the machine with the aim of working as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

Side cooler

Our side coolers are designed for industrial use. Side coolers are installed outside the machine to be cooled and connected to the machine to be cooled via pipes or hoses. They are used to recool liquid media such as water, water-glycol mixtures, emulsions and oils at different temperature levels.

Combinations of the media to be cooled in one compact device are also possible. These liquid coolers are differentiated by the type of cooling.

Side coolers can be used very economically as freecoolers for outdoor installation or for heating the air indoors. Active cooling by means of a refrigeration circuit allows the temperature level of the liquid to be set correspondingly low and still offers the possibility of recovering the heat from the condenser in an energy-efficient manner.

Special solutions such as water-cooled condensers are available on request. The auxiliary coolers from Ritter & Bader are used for cooling machine tools, switch cabinets, charging stations and oil circuits, among other things, and cover a wide performance range. Separately controllable cooling circuits enable a wide range of applications.
