Immersion cooler

The immersion coolers from ritter & bader are used for recooling emulsions or oils in containers or ducts. Great importance is attached to ensuring that the refrigerant evaporator immersed in the medium works effectively. The materials of the evaporator allow a wide range of applications. Optional agitators optimize the cooling capacity and the distribution of the medium to be cooled.

The ritter & bader immersion coolers can be varied in terms of installation depth and installation size. The design of the installation plate with evaporator prevents the ingress of foreign substances such as condensation or solid particles, which is very important when using oil cooling systems in particular.

The use of microchannel refrigerant condensers allows an optimized fan selection, which also contributes to reduced noise emissions in air-cooled refrigeration systems.

When controlling the cooling medium, hotspot detection and/or reference temperature tracking can be implemented as an option. The evaporator made of stainless steel tubes is flow-optimized and durable. The risk of contamination is low and cleaning is very easy.
