

Occupational health management (OHM): Nutrition
As part of our occupational health management (OHM) program, we recently completed an exciting and practical training course on healthy eating in everyday working life. The aim was to raise our employees' awareness of a balanced diet and support them with practical tips for implementing this in their everyday office life.
One highlight of the training was cooking together, where not only were healthy dishes prepared, but there was also plenty of laughter and experimentation. There were also valuable tips on sustainable and healthy shopping, which participants can also use outside the office. The desire for further health-promoting measures shows how highly motivated and enjoyable this program was.
At the suggestion of a colleague, an information stand will be set up in future. Here, employees can exchange ideas, share recipes and gather new ideas on healthy working.Â
