The Christmas spirit was in the air at Ritter & Bader this morning, as a sweet surprise awaited our employees: everyone found a lovingly wrapped chocolate Santa Claus at their workplace.

This gesture represents our culture of appreciation in everyday working life. Especially in the hectic pre-Christmas period, we emphasize the importance of the well-being and satisfaction of our team.
