In cooperation with IKK classic, we have been implementing decisive measures in the area of occupational health management since the middle of this year. The aim of this partnership is to promote and improve the health and well-being of our employees in the workplace.
Although our working environment has already been positively evaluated by our colleagues, we are now taking the next step. The initial findings from comprehensive surveys and working groups with our employees have paved the way for stimulating changes and training in everyday working life. These measures are aimed at further optimizing working conditions.
This success would not have been possible without the commitment and active cooperation of our colleagues. Their feedback and active participation have made a decisive contribution to turning our vision of a healthier working environment into reality.
